Warwick Conferences are celebrating our own team's successes this week as one of our talented chefs, David Webb, took home the bronze award for Love Best British Food. at the TUCO competitions 2024Link opens in a new window. His tantalising creation featured a wrapped pork fillet paired with apricot and black pudding, served alongside colcannon and Madeira sauce.

Warwick Conferences were delighted to have hosted the prestigious TUCO Competitions, which showcased the culinary talents and skills of university caterers across the UK. This annual event brought together professionals from various institutions to compete in a range of culinary challenges, from cooking to barista skills.

As hosts, we took great pride in facilitating an environment conducive to friendly competition and professional development. Our dedicated team worked tirelessly to ensure that every detail was taken care of, allowing the participants to focus solely on delivering their best performances.
