The Operational Maintenance team provides the University of Warwick with all services relating to the operation and maintenance of building structures and associated building engineering services.

The team carries out planned maintenance and reactive repairs in:

The Operational Maintenance team is responsible for:
- Developing maintenance policy and strategy.
- Ensuring that the Estate is maintained in a safe condition and in compliance with statutory regulations and approved codes of practice and guidance.
Our aim is to provide first class services and facilities in order to deliver a high quality and value for money service to support Teaching, Learning and Research.
