During the closure delivery of 6 new 36 m bridge beams will arrive on the south bound carriageway under Police escort. These beams will be lifted by a crane positioned on the north bound carriageway and positioned on trestles waiting in area of the recently closed north bound entry slip. This is an important stage of the planned construction methodology as arrival of the beams will allow the new bridge deck construction to commence offline in the old slip road area.
