Phase 1, Northbound
14 February to 25 February 2023.
Time – 8pm to 6am
We will be working overnight Monday to Friday for two weeks. Our works will involve reducing the lanes on the A46 to a single lane on the northbound carriageway between; the Thickthorn Interchange (Leamington) and the Stoneleigh Junction. There will be no restrictions in place over the weekends.
This is to enable verge management, ahead of installing the temporary safety barrier later in this spring. We will also carry out survey and inspection work of the road surface.

Phase 2, Southbound
20 February to 25 February 2023.
8pm to 6am
The Northbound works will continue during phase 2 with the addition of southbound works. Our works will involve reducing the lanes on the A46 to a single lane on the southbound carriageway between; Festival Island (A45) and Thickthorn (Leamington). We will need to close the southbound slip road onto the A46 from the Stoneleigh junction. There will be a full diversion in place heading north to Festival Island (A45) and returning southbound on the A46.
