Notice of Permit Office closures: Easter Bank Holiday 2026

The Permit Office will be closed from Thursday 2 April and will reopen on Tuesday 7 April 2026 for the Easter Bank Holiday period.

Please make sure you submit planned work permit requests early and know who to contact for emergency permits.

Estates’ Grounds team scores an industry double win

The University of Warwick’s Estates’ Grounds team is celebrating a remarkable double success after winning two national honours at the 2026 Grounds Management Association (GMA) Industry Awards.

The team was named University & College Grounds Team of the Year, while also securing a win for the Best Managed Artificial Surface of the Year.

Lynchgate car park: Lift unavailable on 7 April

Temporary traffic management on Lord Bhattacharyya Way from Monday 9th March

From Monday 9th March for approximately 2 weeks, temporary traffic management will be in place on Lord Bhattacharyya Way to allow for the replacement of the STEM hoarding.

During the works, stop and go traffic control will be in operation. Some minor delays may occur while the works are being carried out.
