The SPR is now operating a term-time service.
We are experiencing a large number of deliveries following the start of term. That means that there will be a considerable backlog to work through. We cannot guarantee that your item will be processed and available for collection on the day of delivery. The usual guidelines apply:
1. Even if you have notification from a courier that your item has been delivered, wait for the SPR email to tell you it is ready for collection
2. Please do not come to the SPR before you receive our email
3. Please do not ask the SPR staff to look for an individual item, we are too busy processing the backlog
