Educational Partnerships Oversight Panel

The Educational Partnerships Oversight Panel ensures the quality of all new, revised, and renewed educational partnerships. Taking account of academic standards and strategic initiatives (e.g. Education and Student Experience Strategy, Internationalisation Strategy) the Group provides scrutiny, monitoring and review of educational partnership provision.

Terms of Reference

To approve:

1. Low to medium risk new and revised educational partnerships leading to the award of a University of Warwick award against agreed criteria for approval.

2. New and revised educational exchange agreements.

3. A schedule of cyclical and focused review activity across the educational partnerships portfolio.

To recommend:

4. [To the Curriculum Approval Panel] the approval of new and revised courses, or modules leading to a University of Warwick Award to be offered via education partnership.

5. [To the Quality and Standards SubcommitteeLink opens in a new window] advice on strategy, regulation, and policy relating to educational partnerships.

6. [To the Quality and Standards SubcommitteeLink opens in a new window] proposals for high-risk collaborative provision (including, but not limited, to validation and franchise agreements).
To receive:

7. [From the International Exchange Working Group] Regular updates and reports on the management of international exchange agreements.
