IT Drop-in

  • Location: Library, 1st floor.
  • Open: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

IDG Service Desk escalations

  • If you are not happy with the service you are receiving, you can ask the person handling your call (on the phone or via the portal) to escalate your request. The Service Desk will follow process and escalate to the Head of Service Management and Service Desk Manager.
