IT Drop-in
- Location: Library, 1st floor.
- Open: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.

- For help and support related to the Library.
Bespoke support
- Event support - tell us about the IT support you need for an event.
- Non-standard request - request a service that's not covered by our existing Service Desk forms.
- Strategic guidance from your Digital Business Partner - on embedding new technology, or on IT-related problems.

IDG Service Desk escalations
- If you are not happy with the service you are receiving, you can ask the person handling your call (on the phone or via the portal) to escalate your request. The Service Desk will follow process and escalate to the Head of Service Management and Service Desk Manager.
