How can we help?
We're here to help all students and staff. There are several ways you can request our services and report issues:
Self-Service Online - make requests and report incidents through our web-based tool ServiceNow
Call us on +44 (0) 2476573737 or Ext 73737 (internally). We're open 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 4:30pm Friday (excluding bank holidays and customary holidays).
Outside our standard opening hours your call will automatically be redirected to our out of hours Service Desk, providing you with 24 hours a day assistance, every day of the year.

Come to see us in person at our drop-in centre on the 1st floor of the Library. It's open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays and customary holidays), closed for lunch 1pm to 2pm.
