Tabula 2024.6.1 released

We released Tabula version 2024.6.1 on Thursday 13th June, 2024. Changes in this update include:

  • Students can no longer attempt to submit mitigating circumstances claims if no Mitigating Circumstances Officer has been assigned for their department.
  • The spreadsheet template for markers now downloads without an error.
  • If borderline consideration cannot be calculated, Tabula now displays an error message detailing why.
  • Record outcomes: PIT codes related to Force Majeure in 2022/23 have been removed from the list of available outcomes for departments to select.

  • [TAB-12174] - Error submitting MC with no allocated MCO.
  • [TAB-12219] - Grid error on null cats
  • [TAB-12225] - Background module details not importing as part of the sysadmin task 'Import module data (S-, D and Missing MAV)
  • [TAB-12226] - Small group events by date API shows events from deleted group sets
  • [TAB-12232] - Marker spreadsheet template failing to download when a seat number field is blank

Improvements made

  • [TAB-12173] - Show borderline consideration calculation errors
  • [TAB-12176] - Filter Psychology Lab accounts out of user pickers
  • [TAB-12218] - Change UID in small group events by date API to be the event ID

Tasks completed

  • [TAB-11987] - Import SCE_RPBT to Tabula
  • [TAB-11988] - Amend logic for identifying first/intermediate/final year to reference new SITS field, not existing Tabula logic
  • [TAB-12152] - Filter out PIT available outcomes no longer required on 'record outcomes' dropdown
  • [TAB-12169] - SPI_MINT content not displaying formatting (e.g. carriage returns) shown in SITS field
