Tabula release notes
Tabula 2019.12.2 released
We released Tabula 2019.12.2 on Thursday 12th December 2019. In this version:
- Module registrations and marks from the previous academic year are now automatically imported. This is done hourly, along with the data for the current academic year. Changes in SITS for the previous academic year (after an exam board, for example) are now automatically shown in Tabula. Previously, this data could be imported manually, for example by creating an exam grid with the previous year's marks.
- We fixed a bug that was preventing the creation of Small Group Teaching ‘Missed event attendance by module' reports.
- We added a 'See a timetable for these students' link to the top of the pop-up that lists the students allocated to a small group. When viewing small groups, event tutors or Departmental Administrators can see this by selecting the 'n students' link. The timetable opens with all of the students in the group pre-selected in the 'Student' filter. This enables you to quickly view their combined schedule.
Please note we left out the following (relating to TAB-7916) from the release notes for Tabula 2019.12.1 (now amended):
- You can now record acute outcomes against the 'Other' mitigating circumstances assessment type. This was already possible for the 'Assignments' assessment type.
