Stop Food Waste Day (Wed 29th)
Working towards a more sustainable catering offer and managing our food waste are core objectives for us at Eatwise. Therefore to support the action 'Stop Food Waste Day' in April we have challenged ourselves to develop a bake, 'Second Chance Bar', made using the offcut trimmings of our current loved bakes. Second Chance Bar is the fusion of our Jamaican Ginger Cake and Brownie to create a flavoursome sweet treat.
