History functionality
History Functionality: If there any significant changes applied to the impact record then the system will take note of the action and date stamp when the action took place. There is an option for users if they would like to free type to provide further context as to why they actioned a certain step. Please refer to the screenshots below:
Screenshot 1 : We can see that there have been some actions saved automatically so far. If I wanted to add a further explanation I just click 'Add Note' :
Screenshot 2 : We can now add an explanation. Ensure to click save in order for it to be added. Please see example below:

Please note: The history section used in elements does not have the same functionality's as Worktribe. It cannot be used as a communications channel. The main purpose of the history section is for auditing purposes.
