Reporting

1. Anyone can export their own records. The 'Individual reporting' tab in the below guide shows you how to do this.

NB: Departmental level reporting will be made available in July 2026, when the following will apply:

2. If you are a member of staff involved in impact at departmental level, you can access reports that summarise all records within your department

The 'Available reports' tab below shows you the reports that are available

The 'Access reporting' tab shows you how to find and run these reports

1. To access a .csv export of all of your records, click on 'Records of impact'
