Free weekly timed 5k run
Parkrun is a free 5k timed run that takes place in locations all over the world every weekend.
Suitable for all abilities and safe and easy to take part in.
Run and do good deeds
Run to help with a task at an older person's home, regularly run to see an isolated older person or take part in a group run to help a local community project.

A weekly walk around the University of Warwick campus that makes movement and mental health support less intimidating, and more accessible.
