Student Mobility Event Booking

If you are planning to study or work in a European country for a semester or year in 2026/27, we would like to invite you to one of the forthcoming regional information sessions.

What we will cover:

  • Nominations
  • Applications
  • Language Requirements
  • Visas and Passports
  • Accommodation
  • Contacting other students
  • Useful Contacts

The sessions will be targeted at students going to the countries listed, although some of the content will be the same in each session.

A presentation will take place close to the start of the session, therefore please try to arrive on time.

We will have student ambassadors available, who will be able to answer questions and share tips from their time abroad in the 2024/25 academic year.

You will also have an opportunity to network with other students going to your destination country.

To help with planning, please let us know which session(s) you plan to attend, using the form below.

You will not receive a confirmation of booking, but we look forward to seeing you in the Student Opportunity Hub, SH0.06, located on the Ground Floor of Senate House.

If you have any queries, feel free to attend one of our drop-in meetings - details can be found here: Student Mobility
