There is no soft copy that can be provided, the form must be completed online.

Completion of this report is required by the British Council and European Commission and it isa vital part of your Erasmus+ file. Please submit your online report as soon as possible after completion of your placement.

What are the consequences of failing to submit the form?

• Failure to submit = NO ERASMUS+ GRANT FINAL INSTALMENT
• Failure to submit = RECALL OF ALL ERASMUS+ GRANT MONIES PAID TO DATE
