Erasmus+ STUDY Placements

If you are distance learning/working but have actually travelled to your host country you will need to upload evidence of your costs to ensure youyr Erasmus+ grant on completion. This can include;

  • Accommodation contract and proof of payments during the period you are disctance learning
  • Travel documents: i.e.boarding cards, receipts for flights or travel by train, coach etc.

3. Submission MUST be DURING placement

Mid-term Placement Plan

to be completed if you are on a full year placement only

4. Submission MUST be at the END of your placement:
  • Completion Plan
  • Transcript (ensure that the host University will provide this)
  • 30% Grant Receipt
  • BRITISH COUNCIL ONLINE REPORT (you will receive an email direct from the British Council regarding this). Once completed please upload onto eVision.

Please note:

Split placements require forms for each placement.

If you are distance learning/working but have actually travelled to your host country you will need to upload evidence of your costs to ensure youyr Erasmus+ grant on completion. This can include:

  • Accommodation contract and proof of payments during the period you are disctance learning
  • Travel documents: i.e.boarding cards, receipts for flights or travel by train, coach etc.

If you have to return home and complete your placement distance learning from home, in addition to the above you will need to be able to deomstrate that you tried to cancel your accommodation contract. This can be done by uploading copy communications between you and the landlord or accommodation company to your evision account.

  • Accommodation contract and proof of payments during the period you are disctance learning
  • Travel documents: i.e.boarding cards, receipts for flights or travel by train, coach etc.

Please note:

British Council Language Assistantship's placements are considered as WORK mobility.
