Fudan University International Summer Session 2026
Fudan University in Shanghai, China, offers the International Summer Session (FISS) 2026) over four weeks from 13 July – 7 August 2026.
FIIS is an English-taught course study program open to college students from all over the world. It helps students achieve multicultural understanding, establish a global vision, and get connected with peers from all over the world. Fudan University's degree students will also participate in the program. Students will have the opportunity to get to know Shanghai and China and become part of the Fudan community.
Nominated Warwick students are eligible for a 10% tuition fee discount to attend FISS.

How do I apply?
In order to be nominated for a place on Fudan International Summer Session 2026, please complete the following steps by noon (UK time) on Wednesday 25 March 2026
Step 1
Review the opportunity and consider the dates and costs required
Source a referee from your academic department and ensure that they can provide a reference by the deadline - this must be received for your application to be considered
Step 2
Complete the short online application form before the deadline noon on
Wednesday 25 March 2026
Step 3*
Arrange for your referee to complete an online reference (link below) for you before noon on Wednesday 25 March 2026

We will confirm which students have been successful in being nominated
Next steps
We will notify all applicants of the outcome by 17:00 Monday 30 March 2026
- If you are selected we will formally nominate you to FISS
- You will then need to complete a self-paying student applicationLink opens in a new window with FISS and pay the application fee. You are advised to meet their early application deadline of 13 April 2026 to have more choice in course selection
* It is your responsibility to contact your referee and ensure your reference is completed in time, we will not be able to confirm receipt of your reference - you should ask your referee to confirm with you that they have submitted this. We can only review applications whose reference has been received
# Please note that normally it is not possible for Warwick students to receive credit transfers from Summer programmes unless your home department has advertised an opportunity with such a possibility. It is up to your home department to agree to credit transfers so you will need to check this with them directly
