Step 1
Review the opportunity and consider the dates and costs required
Source a referee from your academic department and ensure that they can provide a reference by the relevant deadline
Step 2
Complete our online application form before the deadline noon on Monday 16 February 2026 to benefit from I-20 "fast tack" processing or by noon on Thursday 19 March 2026
Step 3*
Arrange for your referee to complete an online reference (link below) for you before noon on Monday 19 January 2026
This should be someone from your academic department
We will confirm which students have been successful in being nominated
Next steps
We will review submissions after each deadline and once validated inform HSS of nominees, and you of the outcome
- If you are nominated, you will then be contacted by the DCE team at HSS and prompted to create a MyDCE account and provide additional registration information
-
Nominated students will officially be tagged as a global partner student. The discount code will then be applied, and students can register for courses (opens 2 March 2026)
* It is your responsibility to contact your referee and ensure your reference is completed in time, we will not be able to confirm receipt of your reference - you should ask your referee to confirm with you that they have submitted this. We can only review applications whose reference has been received
# Please note that normally it is not possible for Warwick students to receive credit transfers from Summer programmes unless your home department has advertised an opportunity with such a possibility. It is up to your home department to agree to credit transfers so you will need to check this with them directly
