NTU Global Connect Fellowship 2026

Undergraduate and Masters by research students are invited to apply for the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore’s Global Connect Fellowship, a fully funded experiential research programme over the summer. Warwick have been invited to nominate up to 5 students.

Students will receive free tuition and a SGD5,000 stipend, along with complimentary self-catered housing (twin sharing same gender).

Eligibility

  • UG or Masters by research student
  • Graduating in 2026 or 2027
  • Preferably studying STEM
  • Keen interest in pursuing research and PhD at NTU
  • Good GPA

Key dates

The 2 month experience runs from 1 July – 31 August 2026

Cost

If accepted, students will receive free tuition, a SGD5,000 stipend, and complimentary self catered housing (twin sharing same gender).

Consider all costs which will have to be covered, including:

  • Travel
  • Visa costs
  • Day-to-day living costs (incl. food and travel)

Participants are responsible for covering their own costs

For the purpose of this application all nominations must be made by Student Mobility

How do I apply?

You must be formally nominated through Student Mobility for the NTU Global Connect Fellowship. To do so you must complete the following steps by noon (UK time) on Monday 9 February 2026

Step 1

Review the opportunity and consider the dates and costs required

Source a referee from your academic department and ensure that they can provide a reference by the deadline - this must be received for your application to be considered

Step 2

Complete the short online application form before the deadline noon on Monday 9 February 2026

Step 3*

Arrange for your referee to complete an online reference (link below) for you before noon on Monday 9 February 2026

This should be someone from your academic department

We will confirm which students have been successful in being selected.

Next steps

We will notify all applicants of the outcome by 17:00 Tuesday 10 February 2026

  • If you are selected we will formally nominate you to NTU
  • Application results will be sent from NTU by end May 2026
