September 2014 - present Member of VIDA - the Critical Management Studies Women's Association. I act as a critical friend for academic members at all career stages, giving supportive and developmental feedback on research and writing. I am also very active on the VIDA's Facebook group and have suggested several new initiatives such as documenting a discussion about terms of membership to VIDA, a portfolio of members' research projects and interests, and a regular online writing group.

November 2014 principle organiser of public knowledge sharing event in November 2014. The event exhibtied research posters from doctoral students from across the social sciences at the University of Warwick and Coventry University to communicate doctoral research to the public. The proposal was funded as part of the ESRC Festival of Social Science.
