Considering a Course Change?

If you're thinking about changing your course, we recommend submitting your request before the UCAS equal consideration deadline at 6pm (BST) on 14 January 2026, for the best chance of being considered for your preferred course. 

Before submitting a request, please take time to carefully research your new course option via our study webpages to ensure it's the right fit for you.

Please note:

  • Once a course change has been made, it may not be possible to reverse the decision.
  • Changing your course could result in changes to your offer conditions, so it's important to understand the implications before proceeding.
  • If you have a scholarship, please contact scholars@warwick.ac.uk to check whether changing your course will impact your scholarship before proceeding with this form.
  • We will only consider one request per applicant. Please do not submit multiple requests for different courses.

Once you have submitted this form a member of our Undergraduate Admissions team will review your request. If we can make the change this will be visible on UCAS Hub. If there are any issues or the change can't be made we will be in contact by email.
