If you choose our 4-year degree you will work in the UK or overseas. You may also apply for a study placement at one of our partner institutions. Previous work placements have been carried out at companies such as L’Oreal, Microsoft, EY, Goldman Sachs, and GlaxoSmithKline.

Study abroad
We have revised the study abroad paragraph in the ‘Course overview’ tab to reflect the changes to the Placement Year:

The following WBS degree enables you to spend time studying abroad:- International Management
Study abroad is not a requirement of Accounting and Finance, nor is it guaranteed. However if there are places available once allocations have been made to the students on the above course, Accounting and Finance students may be considered.
Amended content:
Study abroad is guaranteed for students on BSc International Management who meet the Year One requirements. As part of our BSc Accounting and Finance with Placement Year students can apply for a study placement (rather than working). Studying abroad as part of this course is undertaken in English and opportunities are available with a wide range of partners in countries such as Canada, Singapore, France, and Japan.
