Core Modules
Added to intro text:
Throughout the course you will study our CORE modules which have been created to provide you with a foundation of business knowledge and key skills in a range of business areas. Alongside our CORE modules you will study compulsory modules that must be studied as part of your course.
New:
Year One
In Terms One and Two you will study seven core module and six compulsory modules introducing you to the key areas of business. You will then choose between: Business Analytics, Digital Ventures, Management of Global Risks, or a language for your eighth module studied in Term Two. In Term Three you will revise and take exams for your remaining modules.
Old:Year One
In Terms One and Two you will study seven core module and six compulsory modules introducing you a range of business focused topics. Examinations for Term One modules will take place in January before Term Two classes begin. You will then choose between: Business Analytics (required for the Finance pathway), Digital Ventures, Management of Global Risks, or a language for your eighth module studied in Term Two. In Term Three you will revise and take exams for your remaining modules.Added to "Other electives"

You will also need a GCSE grade A or grade 7 in Mathematics, and GCSE grade A or grade 7 in at least one humanities or social science subject.
Please note, overlapping subjects at BTEC and A level will not be considered (for example, A level or BTEC Business and A level Accounting).
