Updated Entry requirements

Old:

General entry requirements

  • All 2024–25 applicants will be required to take either MAT or TMUA. Applicants may sit both tests, but this is not a requirement and there is no advantage to doing so.
  • Scores in MAT and TMUA will be assessed alongside other factors (including GCSEs, Contextual indicators and predicted grades) to determine which applicants receive an offer.
  • The exact requirements in MAT and TMUA will be set once all results have been received. We cannot advise on the MAT or TMUA requirements at this stage, but in previous years the level required by the Mathematics Institute has been 64 in MAT and 6.5 in TMUA.

For further details including test dates and how to register for TMUA, please see the TMUA at Warwick webpageLink opens in a new windowLink opens in a new window.
