Yes, you are welcome to have someone accompany you at our Offer Holder Days.
However, because of space limitations, we encourage you to only bring one guest.
Where additional guests are not permitted, there are many other alternative activities listed in the programme which they may want to take part in or they can enjoy a coffee while they wait.
Yes, all of our Offer Holder Days require booking in advance.
You should also pre-book any specific talks and sessions you wish to attend throughout the day.
Please cancel your place on the Offer Holder Day by clicking on the link in your confirmation email called 'View my booking'. Alternatively, you can let us know by emailing opendays@warwick.ac.uk.
The University is located in the heart of England, 3 miles (5 kilometres) from the centre of Coventry, on the border with Warwickshire. Whether you're travelling to the University by car or public transport, there are many ways of travelling here.
The Offer Holder Day will be comprised of central offerings starting/taking place in the morning and with most academic sessions starting from midday onwards. However, please check your booking confirmation for exact timings.
Our central offerings include a Why Warwick? Talk, Campus Tours, Accommodation Viewings and our Mini Exhibition. Drop in to our Mini Exhibition from 9:15am - 1pm and meet staff and students from a variety of student support services that all contribute to the student experience at Warwick. We will have the below professional services present at our Mini Exhibition:

You can pick up a copy of our campus map from our Information Point at University House when you arrive.
There is no specific start time to the event, it depends which session you book as your first activity.
We have a wide variety of food and drink outlets on campus, which you can view on our website.
You can book to stay in our onsite accommodation at Warwick Conferences (subject to availability).
The following accommodation is open to book:
- Wednesday 21 February – Radcliffe
- Saturday 9 March – Scarman
- Saturday 27 April – Radcliffe

You will only receive an Offer Holder Day invite from your home department. However, combined courses and interdisciplinary research are highly valued and common at Warwick, so the teaching staff from your home department will be able to answer questions regarding your joined degree and student ambassadors will be happy to share their experiences with you.
