Our university is located in the heart of England, 3 miles (5 kilometres) from the centre of Coventry, on the border with Warwickshire. Here's how to find us when you're travelling to an Open Day:
Driving - Parking on Campus
Parking (including parking for blue badge holders), is available on campus during our Open Days. Once you register your place, you will receive an email in the weeks leading up to the event with detailed arrival instructions. Please keep an eye out for this email in your inbox.
You will need to pay for parking in advance online.
Due to the number of visitors who attend our open days, we recommend using public transport wherever possible as the surrounding roads can get very busy.
Blue Badge Holders
We aim to make our Open Days as accessible as possible for all of our visitors. If you have a disability or require special assistance, please tell us when you make a booking . Alternatively, you can email us on opendays at warwick dot ac dot uk so we can make suitable arrangements.
Our closest train stations are Coventry (with frequent services direct from London and Birmingham) and Warwick Parkway (convenient for many routes from the South).
We offer a free shuttle bus service to and from campus from both stations throughout the day. Look out for our Student Ambassadors in yellow t-shirts who will be at the station until 12 noon, to help direct you.
The shuttle buses will run regularly from 9am until 5.30pm. The journey between campus and both stations is around 25 minutes, so please leave enough time to travel and get to your first session.
*Rail Disruption on Saturday 25th June*
Our Open Days are likely to be affected by the railway workers strike scheduled to take place on this date. If you are able to travel by train, we will still be running our shuttle bus service from Coventry Rail Station Bus Interchange to bring you to campus once you arrive, though this may not be a frequent service.
Coventry Rail Station is closed for Engineering works between Coventry and Birmingham International on Saturday 25th June, so rail replacement buses will be running from Leamington Spa, Rugby, Birmingham International and Nuneaton to Coventry.
Warwick Parkway Rail Station shuttle bus service will be running as normal.
