How to Apply

Application submissions are currently closed.

All funds have now been allocated for 2026. The fund will reopen for application submissions in Spring 2027.

To complete your application, download the application form, Budget template and criteria available below and work with your community partner to jointly complete your application. Each staff member is expected to be the lead on only one project application, but can be the co-applicant on others.

Before starting your application, please refer to our definition of engagement to ensure your project falls within the scope of our work as an Institute.

Finding your external partner

If you have ideas for a project but want support connecting with potential partners get in touch with the team. We can put you in touch with certain groups in the community we have relationships with already, and connect you to others in the university who have relationships. Contact us at wie@warwick.ac.uk
