Tell us your promotions story

Impact, Outreach, and Engagement (I, O, E) have been recognised in Warwick's Academic Promotions criteria since the 2018/19 promotions cycle. In 2020 the Promotion and I,O,E Review Learning Circle was commissioned by the Provost to revisit and update examples of evidence for I,O,E cited in the University’s Promotions Criteria. This wider set of examples has now been incorporated in the 21-22 Academic Promotions Criteria. Now that the outcomes of that promotions round have been announced we would love to hear from anyone who successfully been promoted, and who based their application on their I,O,E work (alongside research/ teaching).

We will develop these testimonies into a series of profiles for our website and our annual report. We may also invite you to share as part of promotions support sessions in the autumn term. By doing this we hope to inspire future colleagues and demonstrate that I, O, E work is valued by the university. If you're happy to share then please fill in the following details.
