When were you at Warwick?
I studied at Warwick between 2012-2017, I have done my Masters in Information Systems Management and Innovation (2012-2013). In 2013 I have started my PhD in Information Systems Management.
Do you have any fond memories?
Many. Working with people from different nationalities during my masters was challenging but interesting at the same time. Attending my master graduation ceremony was an overwhelming experience. Talking with other researches during the “Research Refresh” at Wolfson Research Exchange every Thursday was energizing and a lovely break from work.
Where did you live while you were at Warwick?
During my Masters I lived on Campus in Heronbank. While during my PhD I lived in multiple places; Eastern Green - Coventry, Nottingham, Tile Hill - Coventry
What are you doing now?
I am in my last year in my PhD after which I will return back to Jordan to work as an Assistant Professor in The University of Jordan, Management Information Systems department, Business School.
Why did you decide to become an alumni ambassador?
It is an opportunity to stay in touch with the University and I love to help prospective students on anything they might need as I know it can be difficult to take a decision to study abroad. I hope through my experience I can help them in making the right decision.
