We will process your Warwick Alumni swipe card renewal within 28 days. Please ensure that you complete the following steps:
1. If your alumni membership card starts with the number 5 or number 4 (for example, 5XXXXX) please continue with the current form. Your swipe card will be updated and continue to be active. If you require a replacement card, please email email@example.com with 'Alumni Swipe Card Renewal' in the subject line and your Warwick Alumni ID.
2. If you have an old card which does not start with the number 5 or number 4, please complete the online form here.
After submitting this form we will reactivate your existing alumni card. Please note, the valid date shown on your card is a valid from date. If you require a replacement card please email firstname.lastname@example.org
