First year term 2 module changes

This form is for students who wish, or who are required to change modules in term two.

Students achieving less than 60% in either Latin 1 (CX115-15) or Greek 1 (CX120-15) in term one, may not be permitted to take Latin 1 (CX101-15) or Greek 2 (CX126-15) in term 2, and so may be required to change their module selection.
