Suzanne Frey-Kupper will give a paper at the Round Table 'Das augusteische Karthago' organised by Terese Fuhrer at the Ludwigs-Maximilian-University in Munich on December 13. She will present the early imperial coin finds found in excavations of many international teams and discuss their contribution to the knowledge about the Augustan colony. This is an interdisciplinary event involving ancient literature, ancient history and historiography, epigraphy, numismatics and archaeology. Suzanne Frey-Kupper is entrusted with the study of unpublished materials from several excavtions conducted by the German Archaeological Institute and of by Belgio-Tunisian bilateral team.
