HSK Chinese Proficiency Test - Updated 2019/20

The Chinese Proficiency Test, Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi (HSK), organized by OCLCI (Hanban), is designed to assess non-native speakers' proficiency in the Chinese Language. It produces a world-recognized qualification useful for your further study, internship/placement, and career development especially in the Chinese speaking community.

The new HSK test only has 1-6 levels now. Chinese 2 students can register themselves to HSK Level 2, Chinese 3 can register to HSK Level 3, Chinese 4/Chinese 5, to HSK Level 4 and above.

How to Register

To register for the HSK test you will need to :

  • Complete the online enrolment form and pay online
  • HSK Application form(Please complete your form in capital letters)
  • For students, a photocopy of your student ID should be enclosed
  • 2 recent passport sized photos with your name written on the back , 1 copy of your passport
  • Post to the following address
