Connecting Cultures GRP welcomes eminent translation scholars Karen van Dyck and Lawrence Venuti (Oct 24-27)
The Connecting Cultures Global Research Priority is pleased to be welcoming two distinguished academic visitors to Warwick campus between October 24 and 27: Professor Karen van Dyck, Kimon A. Doukas Professor of Modern Greek Language and Literature at Columbia University, and Professor Lawrence Venuti, Professor of English at Temple University.

Karen van Dyck will lead a seminar with a workshop element in which she will discuss the challenges of her role as editor of the recent anthology of translated poetry Austerity Measures: The New Greek Poetry.
