Could the benefits system be harnessed to provide a more sustainable and more equitable creative economy? This webinar, and the associated podcasts, consider how the benefits system could support a fairer, more sustainable creative economy. The pandemic has exposed and exacerbated the precarity of creative work for freelance artists, and the difficulties for young people starting out on a creative career, especially those from working class backgrounds.

This webinar features an invited panel responding to issues raised in the Artists With Benefits podcasts – and to questions and comments from webinar participants.
