Dr Alastair Phillips has published a new article entitled 'Cinematic Boundaries. Aleksandr Sokurov's The Sun as Liminal Biopic' in Tom Brown and Belén Vidal's The Biopic in Contemporary Film Culture (Routledge, 2014).
V&A volume on Italian Fashion includes essay by Bruzzi
The Victoria and Albert's book for 'The Glamour of Italian Fashion, 1945-2014' exhibition, includes a chapter by Professor Stella Bruzzi's entitled 'Italian Designers in Hollywood'.
In related news, Bruzzi's essay 'Oh Jackie: Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis, enduring style icon' has been translated into German and appears reprinted in Kleider in Bewegung: Mode im Film, eds. Theresa Georgen & Norbert M. Schmitz, Verlag fur moderne Kunst und die Autoren.

Mosely writes for BFI's Children's Horror DVD
Dr Rachel Moseley has written a short essay on the Children's Film Foundation film Haunters of the Deep (Andrew Bogle, 1984) for the notes accompanying the BFI DVD release of CFF productions 'Scary Stories'. Haunters of the Deep follows two children investigating the supernatural happenings at an old Cornish tin mine, and the film is one of those which she will examine in her next book Picturing Kernow: Encounters with Cornwall in Film and Television.
