Get Involved
Beyond the classroom
Your time at Warwick will be greatly enriched by getting involved with Global Sustainable Development (GSD) beyond your weekly lectures, seminars, and workshops. Whether you're interested in attending sustainability events or participating in student initiatives, this page provides a brief overview of GSD opportunities at Warwick. This is also the place to discover more about shaping your department through the SSLC and GSD Student Ambassador programmes.
GSD Student Ambassadors
Our student ambassadors are enthusiastic and dedicated individuals with a passionate interest in engaging prospective students in the principles of Global Sustainable Development.
Mentoring Programme
Any first year student enrolled on a Global Sustainable Development degree can request the support of a second- or third-year GSD student mentor. Mentors are specially selected, trained, and are current students who can provide guidance and advice within a limited scope of activities.
