I teach medical education at Warwick Medical School. I run the Induction for new clinical teachers which rotates round the three main partner Trusts at WMS (University Hospital Coventry and Warwick, South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust and George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton) and design and run bespoke faculty development sessions for trusts where WMS medical students are taught. I am module lead for the Research Methods module of the MMedEd. I am the outgoing Chair of the WMS Medical Education Research Community, a special interest group within the medical school. My research interests are in medical student learning in high-fidelity simulations.
