Sopida Wongwas takes her science to Parliament

Sopida Wongwas, a final year PhD student in Chris Corre's group, was selected as a finalist in the Biological and Biomedical Sciences category as well as a finalist for the Dyson Sustainability Award as part of the STEM for BRITAIN 2024 event.

Sopida presented her research on bioengineering natural sunscreen to a range of politicians, including Coventry South MP Zarah Sultana, and a panel of expert judges, at Portcullis House, House of Commons.
