The Women in Chemistry Roundtable Discussion marked its third annual event with a diverse panel comprising academic colleagues and Warwick alumni.

Addressing questions from eager students, panellists shared reflections on their career trajectories and experiences, offering students valuable perspectives and inspiration for their own journeys in chemistry and beyond.

One attendee remarked,

"I believe that no one has a voice unless everyone (including men) offer their ears to listen. I felt very welcomed and friendly advice was offered to create a progressive environment for women in chemistry. Fantastic job organising this event."
