Two places left on the visit to a Unilever UK Ltd factory

Unilever UK Ltd has offered a visit to their Gloucester site on Wednesday 29 February 2012. The visit is for 20 students and the coach will leave the University at 11:30 from outside the Engineering Building returning by 18:00. On arrival at the factory the Company will provide lunch. There will be a presentation, followed by factory tours of the site, an Ice Cream factory producing all of the Walls Ice Cream varieties. Visitors will be able to see a number of production lines in action on the day and be talked through each line in terms of the processes involved in producing the end product and how the operational employees manage the process. Of course there will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions throughout the day (along with the opportunity to try an ice cream fresh from the production line!)
