Warwick Engineer in top 3 for IStructE Prize
Michael Davies, a Warwick MEng Civil Engineering student, has been awarded third prize for his undergraduate project entitled, "Investigating the cross-sectional behaviour of elliptical hollow sections under eccentric compression", under the supervision of Dr Tak-Ming Chan. The prize was awarded in the Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) poster category for projects sponsored by the IStructE undergraduate research grants scheme.
