WarwickHACK is a hackathon event where programmers, entrepreneurs, designers and developers come together to build, make and create. The event is a classic hackathon, where you have 24 hours to go crazy with your ideas!

Our involvement in the Hackathon was mostly aimed at getting the ball rolling with the Leap motion development and the scalextrics. There were various sponsors attending, and they opened up their APIs for the event and prizes were awarded for the most innovative, creative and different solutions.

Some of the hardware on show included the Oculus VR SDK 2, Leap Motion, Pebble, 3D printers, CNC Milling Machines as well as Laser Cutters (under staff supervision).
