SLS Excellence Scholarship Application Form

This scholarship application form is only for offer-holders of School of Life Sciences MSc Programmes starting September 2025. It must be completed by the individual offer-holder in person.

Please do not apply if you do not have an offer to study on one of the eligible School of Life Sciences taught Master's courses, as your application will not be considered.

Your Warwick Application ID can be found on your offer letter. If you do not have an offer you are not eligible to apply for this scholarship: please do not complete the form.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of two years after the SLS Scholarship has been awarded, at which point your personal data will be deleted.
