Before you arrive at Warwick
Before you arrive at Warwick there are a number of things you will need to do to complete your registration.
- Unconditional offer
It is important for you to have received (and accepted) an unconditional offer of a place at Warwick before your start date. If you haven't yet received an unconditional offer please ensure that any conditions set out in your offer email are satisfied as soon as possible.
- Upload a photo for your University ID Card
Enrolment is the term used to describe the official registration as a student at the University of Warwick. Online enrolment opens approximately 4-6 weeks before the start of term and should be completed before you arrive at the University.
Once you have enrolled you can apply for your IT Services account.
If you will be receiving a stipend via the University, please ensure that you enter your bank details (you will need to have completed enrolment before you can enter your bank details).
Visit this webpage for a schedule of when the in-person visa checks and Biometric Residence Permit (BRP) collection will take place for new international students subject to immigration control in the UK, during the main arrival period.
Please be aware that you must attend one of these events to complete your enrolment at the University.
