Yorick Fuhrmann

Hi there! I am a third year maths PhD student interested in homotopy theory, especially equivariant stable homotopy theory and its connections to representation and motivic theory. My supervisor is Martin GallauerLink opens in a new window. Here is my CVLink opens in a new window.

Education

I obtained my bachelor's degree from Technische Universität Dresden (Germany), where I wrote my bachelor's thesis about Galois and Monodromy Groups in Algebraic GeometryLink opens in a new window, supervised by Mario KummerLink opens in a new window. I then studied Part III of the Mathematical Tripos at the University of Cambridge. There I wrote an essay about Topics in Complex CobordismLink opens in a new window, supervised by Oscar Randal-WilliamsLink opens in a new window.
