People
WMS is committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all staff, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, workload management, and career development. Diversity and inclusivity in recruitment and leadership are key priorities, with alignment to the University's ‘Inclusive Recruitment Code of Practice’ to enhance transparency and implementation.
To embed equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in the workplace, a diverse People Committee has been established to oversee and integrate intersectional initiatives, ensuring meaningful impact.
