Investigating Caregiver Satisfaction with Online and In-Person Support Groups for Caregivers of People with Dementia
The study involves carers of people with dementia who attended in-person support groups that have now moved online as a result of COVID-19. Participants will fill in an online or postal questionnaire that should take between 15 and 30 minutes to complete. Participants can choose to volunteer to discuss their experiences in more detail in a semi-structured interview. The scientific benefit of the study is that the results could be used to understand what carers find valuable about support groups and how to ensure that their services are accessible and enjoyable in both a face-to-face and online setting.
